MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)

The objective of the MOE FAS is to help financially needy Singapore students in Government and Government-aided schools to meet basic schooling expenses.

Mother Tongue Language (MTL) Applications and Appeals

From 6 July 2026, parents may submit Mother Tongue Language (MTL) applications and appeals to our school through FormSG using the links below.

What happens after you submit
Once you have submitted the form, the school will be notified and will process your application or appeal. The school will then inform you of the outcome.

Unable to submit online?
If you are unable to submit via FormSG, please visit our General Office and our staff will assist you with the necessary forms.

Form 1 - MTL

To offer an official Mother Tongue Language (Chinese/Malay/Tamil) that is not the student's default MTL

Form 2 - EXPT

To be exempted from offering MTL

Form 3 - NTIL

To offer a Non-Tamil Indian Language (NTIL) (Bengali/ Gujarati/ Hindi/ Punjabi/ Urdu) in lieu of an official MTL

Form 4 - CHGE

To change from an approved MTL to an official MTL (Chinese/Malay/Tamil)

Form 5 - AsLFL

To offer an approved Asian Language (Arabic, Burmese, Thai)/ Foreign Language (French, German, Japanese) in lieu of an official MTL

Form 6 - REVOKE

To revoke MTL exemption
