Edusave Character Award (ECHA) 2026
The Edusave Character Award (ECHA) recognises pupils who demonstrate exemplary character and outstanding personal qualities, and who serve as role models to their peers.
Who can be nominated?
The award is open to all Singapore Citizen pupils across all levels. Nominees must consistently deomnstrate good character and values particularly in the following areas:

Examplary Character and Values

This includes qualities such as resilience, integrity, solidarity, and empathy.

For example, pupils who have persevered through challenging circumstances, overcome adversity, and continued to strive for their best in both academic and non-academic pursuits.

Civic Resposibility

This refers to pupils who actively look out for and help those around them, such as classmates, family members, or neighbours.

Rather than waiting for adult intervention, they take intiative to solve problems and contribute to making their school and neighbourhood a better, cleaner, and happier place.

How to nominate?
Parents, stakeholders, and staff may submit nominations via our FormSG link from 7 to 23 August 2026. Please note that incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Selection and Endorsement
Nominess will be shortlisted by a panel of selected teachers and key personnel, and endorsed by the School Leaders and representatives from the School Advisory Committee.
Award
ECHA Awardees will receive a certificate and an award voucher. The award quantum are as follows:

Primary 1 to 3: $200

Primary 4 to 6: $350
